Faculty and Staff

Baldwinsville Christian Academy is blessed to have experienced staff and faculty. In addition to our full-time staff, we have dozens of volunteers who assist in many different areas of school needs. These areas include the following: teachers for art, physical education, piano, and computer application; study hall monitors; school nurse; buildings and grounds maintenance; transporation providers; prayer group; field trip chaperones; cafeteria and sports concession stand workers; fund-raising team; special events team; yearbook advisor; and photographers.

Your BCA Board of Directors

Baldwinsville Christian Academy’s board is parent-led, consisting of six members. The Board of Directors consists of school parents or others interested in Christian Education who represent a number of different local churches and Faith Baptist Church. They focus on policy making decisions, marketing initiatives, financial over-sight, spiritual focus & initiatives. To ensure a Godly environment that is excited about “making much of Christ”, consistent with Biblical principles, and fosters personal and practical holiness. Parents are encouraged to express parental insight, concern or encouragement. board members seek to:

Uphold the school’s vision of a Christian community and continually advance the school’s stated mission.
Delegates the daily operation of the school to the administration.
Govern the school by overseeing the school and setting goals and policies that help the school fulfill its mission.
Encourage parents, teachers and staff to offer an academically excellent curriculum that challenges students to develop their God-given gifts.
Provide continuity to the school, treasuring its heritage, guiding its present path, and planning for its future.
