Giving and Supporting BCA
At Baldwinsville Christian Academy, we are educating tomorrow’s leaders—professionals, pastors, teachers, politicians, and more. However, as our cost to educate students continues to rise, we need your help if we are to continue to make a difference! BCA relies on financial support beyond tuition payments to cover the school’s operating expenses. Tuition at BCA only covers about 80% of our budget. We believe Christian education should be available to all families, and we strive to keep tuition as low as possible. We’re able to do this thanks to the many supporters — both corporate and personal — that have chosen to support the works of our school.
Please consider supporting the school so we can continue to educate our youth in the training and instruction of the Lord. There are several different ways to contribute to BCA:
Prayer Partner
The succes of any Christian school starts with prayer. We cannot possibly hope to impact the lives of our students without the countless hours of prayer from so many! Do you have a heart for prayer? Would you be willing to partner with us on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to pray for the teachers, staff, students, and families of BCA? If so, please consider contacting us for more information about this opportunity. Please contact the office for more information and to be put on our list of prayer partners and/or fill out our attached form.
Volunteer
Always at the heart of any discussion about supporting BCA is its mission to provide an outstanding education rooted in Jesus Christ and to accomplish this through close partnership with the family and the church. Part of our success are the countless individuals who have devoted thousands of hours as volunteers in virtually every aspect of the school’s life.

Giving to the Annual Fund
The Annual Fund is called the Annual Fund because we need your help each and every year to enrich BCA’s programs...programs both inside and outside the classroom. We use the dollars from your Annual Fund donation to enhance the programs, support the faculty, and to fund initiatives not in the budget. BCA is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization with a limited budget. Your support helps us go from good to great! Please prayerfully consider supporting us in this annual endeavor. We accept both unrestricted (Area of Greatest Need) and restricted (Family of Funds) gifts.
Fundraisers
The Academy hosts annual fund-raisers that will improve the learning environment for the students and raise money for scholarships. These are open to all families of the school. Watch the school newsletter for information and details.
